RULES
To ensure that everyone can enjoy a pleasant experience, we have established some house rules. These rules are designed to guarantee the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all customers. We kindly ask you to respect these rules during your visit. Enjoy your time with us and feel free to approach a staff member if you have any questions.
OUR RULES
- Age limit: Access to the coffeeshop is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and older. A valid ID may be requested upon entry (photos not accepted).
- Identification: Always keep your ID handy. We reserve the right to request identification at any time.
- Weapons: The possession, trade, and use of weapons is strictly prohibited in the coffeeshop.
- Clothing: Wearing face-covering clothing is not allowed.
- On-Premises Consumption: Consumption of purchased products is allowed in the designated area. Consumption outside this area is not permitted.
- Drugs and alcohol: The use, possession, and trading of alcohol and/or hard drugs is strictly prohibited within the coffeeshop.
- Tobacco: Smoking tobacco inside the coffeeshop is prohibited.
- Behavior: Respect the staff and other customers. Aggressive, intimidating, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the coffeeshop.
- Photography and Videography: Taking photos and videos is not allowed without staff permission due to the privacy of staff and other customers.
- Pets: Bringing pets is allowed as long as they are leashed and do not cause any disturbance.
VIOLATIONS
Violating one or more of the above rules may result in the following:
- Removal from the Shop: Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate removal from the coffeeshop.
- Access Ban: In some cases, violating the rules may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from our coffeeshop.
- Involving the Police: For serious violations such as violence, drug dealing, or other illegal activities, we will contact the police. We work closely with the authorities to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
